Creative Management Development Limited is currently probably the largest specialist provider of supervisory and management training for the bus industry in the UK, running open courses as well as work in-house for companies.
In October 2004, CMD celebrated ten years of training for the industry. In that time, nearly two thousand staff from over one hundred bus companies have benefitted from time spent with us. CMD also undertakes customer care and other training for drivers, taking an innovative approach to the issues raised by the interface between drivers and passengers. 
During 2003 and 2004 CMD is closely involved with the Transport for London (TfL) BTEC accreditation for Service Controllers, one of the prime initiatives by the Mayor as part of his massive investment in upgrading the capital's public transport system.
This involvement includes contracts to deliver training and certification for a number of the big groups and smaller London bus companies.
