Ian has spent the last fifteen years in the field of Training and Development. He has worked in a number of industries: transport, computer manufacturing and financial services. He has covered a range of experience before embarking on training: sales, management, marketing, customer support and project management.
Over the years, he has enjoyed close contact with many types and shapes of organisation. This ranges from large multi-national companies to public institutions; from small start up enterprises to dealing with the general public. All this gives him a wide perspective on business and human behaviour in particular.
In 1994 Ian was one of the founders of Creative Management Development Limited. He has been personally involved in running many of our successful courses for bus industry personnel since then, as well as carrying out effective in-company focused training for managers, supervisors and drivers.
Ian is a graduate of Cambridge University.
